Students can attend any sessions they would like, but they do need to register (and they can register with the QR code on the attached flyer). Each session will be 2 ½ hours (10 minutes of intro/goal sharing, two 1-hour timed working sessions, a 10-minute wellness break in between the timed sessions, and a 5-minute wrap-up – with snacks provided:). The concept of body doubling for productivity is geared toward students with ADHD, but of course all students are welcome to attend.

Scholarships & Grants Opportunities

Advancing In Principle and Practice – Down the Lightning Grants

The Office of the President and Office of the Provost invites the University community to propose projects that will advance In Principle and Practice, reflect the University’s distinctive identity and values, and help Penn build a better future for the world.

The University has set aside $2 million through the Fall of 2027 to fund these initiatives, with the expectation that successful programs will, in general, receive in-kind support from originating Schools, Centers, and Departments or additional financial support to supplement these central funds.

The program follows a two-stage application. Interested applicants should complete a short Proposal Form and submit it via this survey. The deadline for submitting initial proposals is Monday, October 28, 2024. To learn more about this opportunity, click here.
